Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, package size, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
Calibar is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@calibar.ca, and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
