1. Order Processing Time

At Calibar, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

If you have ordered any customized or pre-order items, these may require additional processing time. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at checkout.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping

    • Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping

    • Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout
  • Priority Shipping

    • Estimated Delivery: 1–2 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Delivery Times: All shipping times are estimates. Delivery times may vary based on factors such as location, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight of the items, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Note: Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations.


4. International Shipping

We are excited to offer international shipping to select countries. The shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be displayed at checkout.

  • International Customs Fees: Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees may vary by country, and it is advised to check with your local customs office for further information before making a purchase.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to all international locations. Please check the checkout page for available countries.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website for the most up-to-date information about your delivery.


6. Missing or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your package is damaged or you suspect that an item is missing, please contact us immediately at info@calibar.ca.

Please provide the following details when contacting us:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of any damage or missing items
  • A description of the issue

We will respond promptly to help resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.


7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately to make any necessary changes.


8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or peak shopping periods

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Remote Locations: Some remote or less accessible locations may experience longer delivery times or limited shipping options.
